Key Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline
Post-graduate experience in transport modelling and traffic analysis
Proficiency in software such as VISUM, SATURN, and Junctions 9/10
Strong knowledge of transport planning regulations and current standards
Excellent leadership and communication skills
