As the SAP Manager – Warehouse Management, you will spearhead the strategic direction, implementation, and enhancement of SAP WM processes to drive operational efficiency within the warehousing and supply chain functions. Your leadership will ensure seamless system integration, process optimization, and alignment with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
SAP WM System Management:
* Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of the SAP Warehouse Management module.
* Optimize warehouse processes, including goods receipt, storage, picking, packing, and shipping using SAP WM solutions.
* Ensure the SAP system supports end-to-end warehouse operations efficiently.
Process Optimization:
* Analyze current warehouse processes and identify areas for improvement.
* Implement best practices to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and productivity across the supply chain.
* Lead SAP WM-related projects, including upgrades, new implementations, and system integrations.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution within timelines and budgets.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
* Partner with logistics, supply chain, and warehouse teams to understand and address operational needs.
* Provide training and guidance to warehouse staff and stakeholders on SAP WM functionalities.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
* Leverage SAP WM to generate insights, analyze performance metrics, and drive data-driven decisions.
* Develop reports and dashboards to monitor warehouse performance and KPIs.
* Manage and mentor a team of SAP professionals and analysts.
* Foster a collaborative and innovative environment to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
* 5-7 years of experience in SAP Warehouse Management (WM), with proven expertise in system implementation and optimization.
* Solid understanding of integration between SAP WM and other modules such as MM, SD, or EWM.
* Experience in managing end-to-end warehouse operations through SAP.
* Strong project management skills with experience in SAP implementations or upgrades.
* Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making abilities.
* Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
* SAP certifications in WM or related modules are a plus.
