Assesses safety and finance goals.
Manages sub-contractors by locating, evaluating, and selecting contractors.
Meets operational standards by contributing construction information to strategic plans and reviews.
Meets construction budget by monitoring project expenditures.
Accomplishes construction project results by defining project purpose and scope.
Approves construction projects by conducting inspections at critical phases.
Prevents fines and work interruptions by complying with, and enforcing, codes.
Maintains a safe, secure and healthy work environment by following guidelines, standards, and procedures.
Need to manage construction workers efficiently and monitor the progress closely.
Able to work in any shifts and in holidays, if required for any project urgency.
