Job Overview:
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing residential property sales from instruction to completion, conducting property valuations, preparing sales particulars, and ensuring accurate online listings. Key Responsibilities:
* Manage residential property sales, coordinating with solicitors, surveyors, mortgage brokers, and other parties to progress sales efficiently.
* Conduct property valuations, prepare sales particulars, and ensure accurate online listings.
* Negotiate offers between vendors and buyers, ensuring optimal outcomes for clients.
* Maintain accurate records in the CRM system and ensure compliance with PSRA regulations.
* Build and nurture strong client relationships to generate repeat and referral business.
Requirements:
* Minimum of 2 years experience in a sales or accounts role.
* Relevant third-level qualification is desirable.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
* Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
* Strong attention to detail, organisational skills, and commitment to confidentiality.
* Proficient in IT and Microsoft Office applications.
* Full, clean driving licence.
