Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the design and development of traffic and transportation infrastructure projects.
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver sustainable and efficient solutions.
* Prepare detailed engineering drawings, specifications, and reports.
* Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards, including local authority requirements.
* Perform technical assessments, traffic flow analysis, and road safety audits.
* Support project management teams in the delivery of design projects within budget and timelines.
Requirements:
* Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline.
* Some experience in civil design, particularly within traffic and transportation sectors.
* Proficiency in civil design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil 3D, MX Roads).
* Knowledge of traffic analysis tools (e.g., ARCADY, PICADY, LINSIG) is desirable.
* Experience working on active travel projects (e.g., cycling infrastructure, pedestrian paths) is a plus.
* Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
