What You Will Be Responsible For
* Requirements Gathering & Analysis: Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, document, and validate business and technical requirements for new systems or enhancements.
* Low-Code Platform Engagement: Serve as a key analyst on projects involving low-code platforms, translating business needs into platform-specific configurations and workflows.
* Solution Design Support: Work with architects and developers to ensure requirements are accurately translated into scalable and compliant technical solutions.
* Testing & Implementation: Coordinate system testing and user acceptance testing (UAT) activities. Ensure traceability of requirements throughout the development lifecycle.
* Stakeholder Communication: Act as a liaison between business units and IT, ensuring alignment on goals, timelines, and deliverables.
What We Value
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
* Experience in financial services operations such as investment management, fund accounting, compliance, back office, or client onboarding.
* Hands-on experience working on projects that used Appian or other low-code platforms (e.g., Pega, OutSystems, Mendix etc.).
* Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
* Proficiency in tools like JIRA, Confluence, SQL and Excel.
* Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
* A proactive mindset and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Education & Preferred Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field.
* 5+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or similar role, preferably within the financial services industry.
* Certifications such as CSPO, CSM, CBAP or PMI-PBA are a plus but not required.
