About Your New Job as Senior Architectural Technologist
Assist in Project Management: Support the management of residential architectural projects from concept through to completion.
Technical Design and Compliance: Contribute to technical design work, ensuring all outputs comply with building regulations and standards relevant to residential developments.
Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate closely with clients, contractors, and other project stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery and high-quality outcomes.
Site Visits and Inspections: Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor construction progress, quality, and adherence to design intent.
Project Support: Assist in managing project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively to ensure successful project delivery.
What Skills You Need as Senior Architectural Technologist
10 to 15 years of experience as an Architectural Technologist, with a focus on residential projects, including single-family homes, multi-unit developments, or mixed-use residential schemes.
Strong technical skills with a solid understanding of residential building regulations, standards, and construction practices.
Experience in site management, inspections, and project coordination.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and client management skills.
Familiarity with the Irish planning system, building codes, and construction practices is essential.
