Project Manager - Water and Wastewater
We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager to oversee project development, implementation, and completion within defined timelines.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead the delivery of MEICA projects in various locations.
2. Manage all aspects of water and wastewater pumping and treatment installations, focusing on Mechanical, Electrical, and ICA review.
3. Review tender submissions and develop comprehensive delivery plans upon contract award.
4. Mentor and lead a team of engineers in the delivery of new and existing projects Oversee commercial matters arising during project delivery from supporting project engineers with procurement from supply chain, negotiating subcontracts to managing commercial matters with Clients Monitoring project programmes for multiple contracts Co-ordinating regular project review meetings with the project team Ensuring timely invoicing targets are being achieved Creating project programme and ensuring that all required project interfaces are allowed for from design to final site commissioning & handover Liaising and co-ordinating all works with relevant stakeholders Management of all site labour including subcontractors Ensuring projects are completed safely, on time and within budget Writing engineering reports, reviewing method statements and commissioning schedules Ensuring procedures are in place which facilitate the safe delivery of Projects Managing and updating monthly project tracker Attending and input into overall business growth and development strategy Attend regular meetings with full EPS Project Leadership Team
