Engineering Coordinator

* Processing warranty claims
* Overseeing parts procurement
* Stocktaking and inventory control
* Coordinating logistics for parts delivery
* Maintaining and updating online parts platforms
* Processing customer orders
* SUPPORTING DAY-TO-DAY OPERATIONAL REQUIREMENTS
The ideal candidate will have experience in parts management, procurement, or warranty administration, strong ICT skills with confidence using inventory systems, e-commerce platforms, and digital tools.
A technically-minded individual with an understanding of engineering or construction equipment, excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, strong communication skills, ability to work independently while collaborating as part of a busy team, previous experience in engineering, construction, or heavy equipment industries, and familiarity with online parts sales or e-commerce systems.
