Application Detail Deadline:31st Dec 2025 (Continuous selection—apply early)Location: Interviews will be held in the Dublin Office Questions?Contact our HR Team at What you will be doing Full project management from sales handover to client/site handover Face to face meetings with our customers and relevant stakeholders to agree and capture scope of delivery Performing technical HVAC design reviews with the stakeholders to ensure adequate support and high quality installations Equipment and services procurement with our internal manufacturing facilities and suppliers Provide project updates and status reports on a consistent basis Performing quality control tasks with financial reviews and budget monitoring.
Management of equipment delivery to our customers Management of all agreed site activities and ensuring a high standard of quality.
Provide handover close out to all stakeholders What you will bring: Education/Knowledge/Certification: Third-level education in an engineering discipline Mechanical Electrical Building services(Or similar field to above)Experience required:5+ years of experience in commercial HVAC project-based roles.
Delivery of major HVAC plant equipment and management of site activities including light installation/assembly works and plant commissioning.
Skills required:
• Strong organizational and customer management skills
• Proficiency in project scheduling and budgeting tools
• Technical proficiency in HVAC systems and computer-based design tools
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Competences:
• Strong customer facing skills and focus
• Analytical and detail-oriented to ensure high quality
• Financial awareness is a must with a business acumen
• Adaptable and proactive
• Effective and clear communication essential Bonus Points For
• Project management certification (e.g., PMP), training in cost control and or procurement etc
• Trade certified background would provide a distinct advantage
• Experience with commercial/financial management and ERP systems
