Job Title: Site Operations Specialist
The position involves traveling to customer sites to provide technical support and maintenance for complex equipment. This role requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities Include:
Troubleshooting issues with equipment
Performing routine maintenance tasks
Providing technical support to customers on-site or over the phone
Identifying and resolving product-related problems
Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have a degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering, 2-5 years of experience working in a similar role, and knowledge of robotics, optics, plasma, laser systems. Experience troubleshooting/repairing optics/laser equipment is highly preferred.
* Bachelor's/Master's degree in Electrical Engineering / Mechanical Engineering.
* Experience / Exposure to Lithography is an advantage.
* Efficient use of office equipment & Software includes the use of Windows operating system & MS Office.
