They are now recruiting for a newly created Financial & Treasury Accountant to join the finance team during a period of continued development and opportunity.Your new roleReporting directly to the Finance Director, you will play a central role in financial reporting, treasury management, and business insight, supporting both day‑to‑day operations and longer‑term strategic planning.Key responsibilities will include:Preparation of monthly management accounts, budgets, forecasts, and a 3‑year business planProducing management accounts for holding and non‑trading entitiesOwning the treasury function, including cash‑flow forecasting and management of foreign currency exposure (£)Coordination and support of the external audit processEnsuring compliance across VAT, payroll, and corporate tax obligationsProviding clear, commercial insight into business performance and KPI reportingSupporting continuous improvement through internal controls, process enhancements, and cost‑saving initiativesContributing to financial projects such as dividend policy and strategic finance initiativesCollaborating cross‑functionally and supporting ad‑hoc finance projects as requiredWhat you'll need to succeedTo be successful in this role, you will bring both strong technical capability and a commercial mindset:Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or CPA)Minimum 4 years' post‑qualification industry experience, ideally after training in a medium or large accountancy practiceStrong experience in monthly management accounts, budgeting, forecasting, and treasury managementPrior exposure to a manufacturing environment is highly advantageous.Experience with ERP or construction/manufacturing finance systems (Coins experience beneficial)What you'll get in returnYou will get an opportunity to play a key role within a growing and innovative organisation.
