DECOTEK Automotive is based in the Irish midlands employing approximately 320 people in a highly skilled manufacturing environment. We design, develop and manufacture premium exterior trim components for the global automotive industry customers.We are currently recruiting for a Sales Administrator. This role will be full-time. Working hours will be Monday-Friday At Decotek Automotive the Sales Administrator will possess excellent administrative skills, be a strong communicator and multitasker as well as having a history of first-rate accuracy and task completion.Principal Accountabilities:Resolving customer's queries, complaints, and disputes, finding, and updating customers regarding possible solutions, and coordinate internally if neededUpdating customer portals as neededProcessing all customer orders on SAPChecking stock availabilityBe cost effective in all contracts/purchasing and proactively look to reduce costs through efficiency and automationManaging Logistics Issues and communicating them to managerDealing with customers both in person and over the phoneAbility to manage all queries end to endGeneral office duties including filing, faxing, and emailingSkills and Experience:Good documentation and general communication skillsExcellent time management and organizational skills with a high level of attention to detailCompetency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and OutlookHigh levels of flexibility and a willingness to learn and developPositive attitude, pro-active and ability to prioritise workload as requiredFlexible individual with a strong work ethicAbility to work well in a teamFluency in English (spoken and written)Interested?
