Job Title: Senior Care Services Manager
Serving as a key leader in our care services, you will play a vital role in upholding the highest standards of care and compliance. Your leadership skills will guide your team to ensure that every individual receives the support they need to thrive.
The successful candidate will possess a strong background in social care, with a focus on disability and residential services. A proven track record of supervisory experience is essential, as is a Level 7 or higher qualification in Applied Social Care (CORU-approved) or a related field.
In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the Person in Charge (PIC) in managing daily operations, ensuring compliance with HIQA standards and relevant legislation. You will also champion person-centred planning, dignity, and inclusion, and contribute to audits, inspections, and quality improvement initiatives.
A full clean driving licence is a must, and knowledge of HIQA Standards, Children First Act 2015, Disability Act 2005, and GDPR is highly desirable. Experience in both disability and mainstream residential settings, as well as training in MAPA/PMAV/TCl or relevant behaviour management approaches, would be an added advantage.
We offer a competitive salary, structured progression, and a range of benefits, including induction, CPD, reflective supervision, and employee assistance programme. If you are passionate about making a real difference in the lives of others, we encourage you to apply for this rewarding opportunity.
