The Opportunity We are seeking a strategic and motivated Bid Manager to join our Commercial team.
Reporting to the Head of Commercial Operations and Business Performance, you will play a pivotal role in how we present our value to clients, leading formal tenders and major proposals from initial scoping through to polished submission.
You will coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality client-focused proposals.
This role will have responsibility for actively and comprehensively taking ownership and managing the full bid lifecycle from initial planning through to submission and post bid reviews; delivering tenders, proposals, bid documents and other supporting collateral to the highest standard.
You will be responsible for driving the bid process with rigour and cadence, maintaining momentum and focus ensuring bids meet internal guidelines and adhere to deadlines.
This position is central to maturing the presales operating model and embedding AI-enabled bid creation, structured content reuse, and productised solution assets.

IT Industry Expertise.
Some technology background/understanding of IT Projects and Managed Services is required.
Should have experience of using e Tenders and be familiar with public sector frameworks.
Experience managing virtual teams.
Excellent project management skills, analytical thinker with strong problem-solving capabilities and proactive mindset Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple bids simultaneously, skilled in prioritising tasks and managing competing deadlines.
Collaborative team player who builds strong relationships across teams and functions.
Proactive approach to developing response content and to introducing innovation.
Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritise workloads and work to tight deadlines.
Good communication, attention to detail and organisational skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft Dynamics 365/CRM.
