About the Role
The Payroll Manager will lead the delivery of multiple client payrolls in line with SLAs and compliance obligations. They will oversee payroll operations, ensure accuracy and compliance, and manage a team of Payroll Specialists.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead, inspire, and develop a team of Payroll Specialists, embedding a collaborative and client-focused culture.
* Oversee the accurate and timely delivery of multiple client payrolls in line with SLAs and compliance obligations.
* Manage payroll operations, including payroll reporting and statutory requirements.
* Build strong, trust-based relationships with external clients and internal stakeholders.
* Contribute to the strategic development of the payroll offering, supporting business growth and service innovation.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have 8-10 years of payroll experience, with at least 3-5 years in a senior management capacity. They must have proven track record in leading projects, including system implementations or process transformations. IPASS qualification is essential, and they should have expert knowledge of payroll legislation, compliance, and best practice.
