We are seeking an experienced HR professional to join our team as a People Leader. In this role, you will play a central part in building a strong, values-driven workplace.
You will be responsible for supporting HR operations and helping to shape a culture where people thrive. Your core duties will include:
* Recruitment & Onboarding: You lead the recruitment process for indirect roles and provide valuable support for direct hiring, ensuring every new joiner feels welcomed and set up for success.
* Performance & Manager Support: You drive performance management by offering practical support to line managers and supervisors, ensuring feedback is constructive and development-focused.
Required Skills & Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you should have proven experience in HR (at least 35 years) ideally within a manufacturing or operational environment. This experience should span the full HR lifecycle from recruitment and onboarding to employee relations and performance management.
Certification Requirements
* A third-level degree in Human Resources, Business Studies or related discipline is essential.
* A CIPD qualification is highly desirable but not necessary if combined with significant relevant experience.
