Job Description
We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to take on a key role within our organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing strategic guidance and operational support to ensure the smooth delivery of HR services across all sites.
The successful applicant will have a proven track record in providing practical management advice, managing employee relations, and overseeing TUPE processes. They will also be expected to provide expert advice on employment legislation and develop effective policies to ensure compliance.
We are looking for someone who is able to build strong relationships with operations leadership and site managers, as well as communicate effectively with employees at all levels.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide guidance on employee relations, including communications, grievance procedures, disciplinary action and performance management;
* Oversight of TUPE (Transfer of Undertakings) processes ensuring smooth transitions and compliance with legislation;
* Maintain consistent HR policies that meet best practice standards while ensuring legislative compliance;
* Deliver reports highlighting key metrics from payroll analysis which inform future decisions about salary structures incentive schemes
