Job Details
We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Team Lead to join our residential services. You will be involved in enabling the people we support to live full, meaningful lives within their community, developing valued social roles, and supporting relationships with family and friends. Working hours include day shifts, evenings, and weekends.

Key Responsibilities & Requirements
* Support the Residential Manager with the effective running of the residential centre
* Submit reports to the Residential Manager
* Manage staff rosters, premiums, and administrative records
* Coordinate compliance practices, checks, and audits
* Support HIQA notification requirements
* Act as Safeguarding Designated Officer, attending training and maintaining certification
* Manage finances and oversee adults' finances
* Lead, motivate, and supervise staff
* Implement performance management and a person-centered approach
* Promote and protect individuals' rights and dignity
* Ensure knowledge of HIQA regulations and standards
* Deal with challenging behaviors
* Maintain excellent organization and communication skills
* Demonstrate creativity and problem-solving skills
* Handle confidential information responsibly
* Work flexible shifts over a seven-day period
* Drive the company vehicle
Qualifications & Experience
* Degree in Social Care or equivalent (validated by QQI) or current registration with the Nursing & Midwifery Council of Ireland (RNID, RPN, RGN)
* Minimum 1 year's experience working with adults with intellectual disabilities
* Management qualification desirable
* Full clean driving license and willingness to drive company vehicles
* Valid work authorization for Ireland
* Proficient in English (oral and written)
