IT Infrastructure Manager

Responsible for the design, implementation, maintenance, and support of the organization's IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, storage, cloud services, and security systems. Ensures high performance, reliability, scalability, and security while delivering infrastructure architecture that supports current and future business requirements.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the planning, design, and delivery of IT infrastructure projects
* Manage and maintain enterprise infrastructure (servers, networks, storage, and cloud environments)
* Ensure high availability, robust disaster recovery, and effective business continuity for critical systems
* Design secure, scalable infrastructure solutions using Azure and hybrid cloud approaches
* Create, implement, and enforce IT policies, standards, and best practices
* Oversee infrastructure security (firewalls, EDR, patching, vulnerability management, etc.)
* Manage third-party vendors and associated service-level agreements
* Partner with other technology teams and business units to align infrastructure with strategic goals
* Build and maintain infrastructure roadmaps, backlogs, requirements, and acceptance criteria in collaboration with stakeholders
* Lead, coach, and develop a team of infrastructure engineers and support professionals, promoting accountability and continuous improvement
Required Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline
* At least 8 years of progressive experience in IT infrastructure, including minimum 2 years in a leadership or architecture role
* Deep expertise in networking, server administration, virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V), and cloud platforms (especially Azure; AWS experience also valued)
* Solid understanding of ITIL frameworks and IT service management processes
* Strong knowledge of cybersecurity tools, practices, and regulatory/compliance requirements
* Proven project management and complex problem-solving capabilities
* Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
* Hands-on experience with Agile ways of working and modern product/backlog management tools
