Litigation Legal Executive Job Type: Full-time Location: Dublin 2, office based Salary: Competitive We are seeking a skilled Litigation Legal Executive to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial for managing a high volume of legal tasks efficiently while maintaining excellent relationships with clients and third parties. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in a Litigation Department and possess strong communication skills. Day-to-day of the role: Handle incoming correspondence and calls from agents, solicitors, and defendants. Draft legal documents such as letters, affidavits of service, statutory declarations, and bills of costs. Take instructions from clients and provide these to counsel regarding ongoing cases. Instruct summons servers and tracing agents as necessary. Prepare briefs and court documentation for Circuit Court and High Court proceedings and motions. Liaise with clients about court outcomes and subsequent steps. Serve proceedings and liaise with Court Services. Manage the enforcement of Orders for Possession, including coordination with relevant Sheriff offices. Maintain a high-volume, fast-moving workload. Uphold excellent relationships with all third parties involved. Provide assistance to the Operational Team and handle ad hoc duties as they arise. Required Skills & Qualifications: Previous experience as a Legal Executive in a Litigation Department. Proactive thinker and problem solver. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
