About Your New Job
As a Senior EHS Advisor, you will:
Develop, implement, and review Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS) to proactively identify and mitigate hazards before work starts.
Carry out daily site safety walk-throughs and comprehensive audits to ensure full compliance with company policies and Irish Health & Safety legislation.
Lead safety inductions, toolbox talks, and training to promote safety engagement and best practice among all site staff and contractors.
Monitor, investigate, and report on accidents, incidents, and near-misses, driving effective preventative and corrective actions.
Maintain up-to-date safety compliance records, update Construction Safety Plans, and compile regular safety performance reports.
Share knowledge and act as a key point of contact for project teams, contractors, and clients.
What Skills You Need
3+ years’ proven experience in construction site health and safety, with a solid understanding of the Irish construction market.
Relevant third-level degree or diploma in Occupational Health & Safety (e.g., NEBOSH or IOSH-qualified).
In-depth knowledge of current HSA guidelines and regulatory requirements.
Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
Full clean Driver’s Licence (Class B) required.
