Project Manager - Civils Dublin Airport Up to €100k Full-Time/Permanent A leading Tier 1 civil engineering contractor is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee delivery of a large-scale infrastructure project at Dublin Airport. This is a key leadership role within a high-performing team, responsible for managing multiple project packages, driving programme delivery, maintaining cost and quality control, and ensuring all works are executed safely and efficiently. Key Responsibilities: Lead the overall management, coordination, and successful delivery of the project. Develop and implement project programmes, budgets, and resourcing plans. Oversee site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure performance targets are achieved. Maintain full control of commercial, contractual, and risk management aspects. Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, Quality, and Environmental standards. Liaise with clients, design teams, and key stakeholders to maintain strong working relationships. Monitor progress and prepare detailed monthly progress reports for senior management and clients. Drive a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration across the project team. Requirements: Degree-qualified in Civil Engineering or Construction Management. Minimum 710 years experience in Project Management or Senior Engineer roles. Proven track record managing complex civil engineering or infrastructure projects for a main contractor. Excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills. Strong commercial awareness with the ability to manage budgets and programmes effectively. Competent in Microsoft Office 365, SharePoint, Project, and other relevant systems.
