Job Summary:
Our team is seeking an experienced Senior Technical Specialist to join our operations in Ballina. The successful candidate will provide technical support and expertise in manufacturing technologies, working closely with Global Engineering, New Product Development, Research and Development, Quality Assurance & Supply Chain teams.
Key Responsibilities:
* To develop and execute new processes/equipment to establish process windows.
* To define parameters necessary to achieve the optimum process performance.
* To design, execute and document engineering trials.
Mechanical Design:
The Senior Technical Specialist will be responsible for concept development and supervision of mechanical machine design for new production equipment or upgrading/modification of existing equipment.
