We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Stockroom Coordinator
to support stockroom operations and ensure accurate inventory management. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys organization, process improvement, and supporting retail or operations teams in a hybrid working environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate daily stockroom operations, including receiving, storing, and distributing inventory
* Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock counts
* Support stock replenishment and ensure product availability
* Monitor stock levels and report discrepancies or shortages
* Ensure stockroom organization, cleanliness, and safety standards
* Collaborate with retail, logistics, and operations teams
* Support inventory audits and loss prevention procedures
* Assist with process improvements and operational efficiency initiatives
Requirements
Experience
* Previous experience in stockroom, warehouse, logistics, or retail operations preferred
* Entry-level candidates with relevant exposure are welcome
Skills
* Strong organizational and time-management skills
* High attention to detail and accuracy
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory systems (a plus)

* Based in Ireland with the legal right to work full-time
