Job specification - Client Services Executive

About BCWM:

BCWM is a successful wealth management firm that provides comprehensive, integrated advice to our clients. We manage €500 million in client assets for c. 500 individuals and their families, with assets primarily held in pension structures. BCWM is a MiFID Investment Firm based in Dublin 2 and was established in 2006. Our approach to financial planning and wealth management is truly holistic, taking into account each client's unique financial circumstances, requirements, and aspirations.

Job Description

Provision of services to the client group and ensuring compliance with relevant legislation for approximately 500 pension portfolios including SSAPs, ARFs, PRSAs and BOBs.

You will be working as part of a small team in the firm dealing with client queries, providing clients their account information and referring clients to senior advisors where appropriate.

Responsibilities include

Ø All aspects of pension administration including set up and management of BOBs ARFs and PRSAs and issuing of reports to members / beneficiaries.

Ø Liaison with third parties to establish transfer requirements and execute transfers in accordance with regulations and Scheme rules.

Ø Execution of transactions including investment advice and other transactions.

Ø All aspects of client take on process including ensuring all documentation received with AML requirements and details correctly input on the system.

Ø Dealing with Client queries and ensuring prompt and comprehensive responses.

Ø Ensuring accuracy in all client communications.

Ø Ensuring execution of all transactions within agreed timescales.

Ø Managing and maintaining the online platform for clients to access.

Ø Provide cover for bank and broker client asset regulations.

Experience required

Ø QFA holder or APA

Ø Minimum of 1 years experience in a financial services firm, ideally in the MiFID regulated environment.

Ø Excellent attention to detail.

Ø Ability to work with a number of different teams and manage internal and external stakeholders.

Ø Excellent communication skills.

Ø Highly organised and able to work to deadlines.

Ø Ability to work on own initiative.

Ø Good knowledge of MS Office is required.
