What You Will Be Doing
Elevating Customer Experience
* Deliver the One Luxe Experience: consistently execute the One Luxe service model, ensuring a premium and personalized experience for every customer.
* Product Expertise and Storytelling: confidently demonstrate products, immerse customers in brand heritage, and offer tailored product knowledge, tips and techniques.
* Brand Excellence: act as a L’Oréal Luxe brand ambassador, providing a luxurious customer experience through personalized service and merchandising standards.
* Trend‑Forward Advice: maintain a strong understanding of the latest makeup, skincare and wellness trends to provide expert advice and recommendations.
Driving Retail Performance
* Achieve sales targets: consistently meet individual and store sales goals as agreed with your line manager.
* Build client relationships: proactively build authentic relationships with customers, both in‑store and through digital channels.
* Promote events and activities: inform customers about upcoming in‑store events, promotions and brand activations.
* Create engaging experiences: design and execute innovative, engaging events and animations that drive customer interest and excitement for L’Oréal Luxe brands.
* Brand advocacy: passionately represent L’Oréal Luxe brands on internal and external social media platforms, adhering to company guidelines.
Operational Excellence
* Teamwork and training: actively participate in team efforts and complete all required training programs to maintain up‑to‑date product knowledge.
* Administrative duties: complete daily and weekly administrative tasks, both online and offline, using designated platforms (Tamigo/One Retail).
* Maintain counter standards: uphold the highest standards of hygiene and housekeeping to ensure a clean and inviting counter environment.
