The primary purpose of the role is to support our clients to maintain their own tenancy and independence in the community.Support Workers / Social Care Workers will empower the individuals being supported to live self-determined lives in socially inclusive communities.Support Workers / Social Care Workers will work in collaboration with the support team, leadership team and all other stakeholders to ensure people have a safe and effective service.
