What We're Looking For
As a Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic, CNS Healthcare's mission is to serve the people of our communities. We are looking for a Children's Clinician to support our children's outpatient therapy program by providing clinical assessment, individual, family, and group therapy, treatment, crisis planning, and support services to children and families in the clinic and community settings. Children's outpatient therapy aims to strengthen family relationships to enhance functioning at home, school, and in the community. The program offers services that are member-directed, goal-oriented, and family-focused.
Additional Details: This position offers opportunities for some remote flexibility after successful completion of training/onboarding.
Compensation Range:
Starting pay is $47,600 - $56,000 for limited licensed candidates, and $51,850 - $61,000 for fully licensed candidates, based on skills and experience.

Responsibilities:
Use evidence-based practices, conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, collaborate with teams and community resources, coordinate care, initiate referrals, provide case management, participate in meetings, complete documentation, and adhere to quality standards.
Qualifications:
Master’s Degree in relevant field, state licensure (e.g., LMSW, LPC, LMFT, etc.), proficiency with computers and EHRs, ability to work with diverse populations, excellent communication skills, and ability to handle confidential matters. Preferred qualifications include knowledge of CBT and experience in community mental health.
