This role sits at the centre of the organisation's data function, ensuring that strategic workloads are assessed, resourced, and delivered effectively.
Responsibilities Manage the planning and delivery of a diverse portfolio of data and analytics projects, ensuring alignment with wider business priorities.
Build project frameworks covering scope, timelines, risks, resources, and communication channels.
Translate business requirements into actionable plans and ensure stakeholders receive clear updates on progress, challenges, and outcomes.
Coordinate project resources, including analysts and external vendors, ensuring the right skillsets are deployed at the right time.
Oversee budgeting and financial tracking for assigned projects, ensuring cost-effective execution.
Use a mix of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, hybrid) to drive structured, predictable delivery.
Support decision-making by providing clear insight into project demand, capacity, and delivery status.
Experience Degree in Business, Technology, Management, or a related discipline.
5+ years' experience in project or portfolio management, ideally involving data-driven or digital initiatives.
Strong background planning and delivering projects with cross-functional teams.
Confident with project management tools and reporting systems.
Excellent communicator with strong stakeholder management skills.
Skilled in problem-solving, prioritisation, and balancing multiple concurrent initiatives.
