We are seeking a skilled Training Program Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in designing, implementing, and managing scientific training programs for laboratory professionals.
The Training Program Manager will be responsible for reviewing current training initiatives, identifying areas for improvement, and developing strategies to enhance the technical and compliance-related knowledge of QC and QA analysts. This role requires strong leadership skills, commercial awareness, and the ability to engage with clients in a commercial support capacity.
Key responsibilities include:
* Developing and delivering lab-based training programs that meet regulatory requirements
* Collaborating with internal departments to ensure training initiatives align with business goals
* Leading a team of trainers and working with subject matter experts to create engaging training content
Requirements for this role include:
* Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or related field
* Approximately 5 years of experience in a training role, preferably in the life sciences or laboratory services industry
* Strong understanding of lab procedures, equipment, and industry regulations
