Specialist HR Recruitment & Talent Advisory | Founder and Managing Director@Eos Talent || Connecting HR Professionals with Ambitious Organisations I'm partnering with a high-growth multinational that is building out a brand-new HR structure under an ambitious HR Director — and we're looking for an experienced People Partner to join the journey.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in hands-on, high-volume, operational HR, enjoys working at pace, and wants real influence as the organisation goes through transformation.
You'll partner closely with managers across busy operational and commercial teams, lead on ER, drive engagement, and help build new people structures that support long-term growth.
Key Responsibilities Act as a trusted advisor to leaders, providing practical guidance on HR policies, procedures and best practice.
Support the implementation of HR initiatives, frameworks and people programmes that enhance organisational effectiveness.
Use HR data and insights to inform decision-making and support leadership with clear, actionable recommendations.
Employee Relations Manage a range of ER cases, ensuring fair, consistent and compliant outcomes.
Work collaboratively with union representatives and contribute to negotiations where required.
Provide balanced, risk-aware advice that supports both employee well-being and business needs.
Support organisational change, including restructuring, process improvements and cultural initiatives.
Workforce Planning, Recruitment & Onboarding Partner with managers to review structures, clarify accountabilities and identify resourcing needs.
Support recruitment and onboarding activity, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for new joiners.
Collaborate with internal resourcing teams to manage workforce planning, talent deployment and succession considerations.
Performance & Capability Development Guide managers through performance reviews and development planning.
Promote a high-performance culture through consistent expectations, coaching and capability-building initiatives.
Identify training needs and work with L&D partners or external providers to deliver targeted development interventions.
Engagement, Culture & Communication Build strong relationships with employees and leaders to support engagement across teams.
Contribute to activities that strengthen culture, communication and employee experience.
Communicate HR updates, initiatives and insights in a clear, concise and audience-appropriate way.
HR Operations & Compliance Maintain accurate HR records, documentation and reporting standards.
Ensure HR policies, procedures and SOPs are applied consistently across all levels.
Identify opportunities to improve processes, digitise workflows and enhance operational efficiency.
Support HR projects, systems improvements and continuous-improvement activities.
Experience & Skills Required: Significant HRBP or people partner experience within a fast-paced, operational, or multi-site environment Proven experience managing ER cases and working within a unionised environment.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and coach managers.
Ability to work at pace, manage competing priorities and operate with autonomy.
Experience with organisational planning, capability development and HR project work.
Strong understanding of employment law and HR compliance requirements.
Experience with HR systems or process optimisation is an advantage.
