We are currently recruiting for a Guest Services Manager to join our award-winning team.
The Front of House Team are the heartbeat of the hotel - they welcome guests to Adare Manor, provide all Resort information and knowledge, and respond to guest queries throughout their stay. Their professional attention to detail ensures a seamless guest experience.
Responsibilities:
* Lead the Front of House department in delivering exceptional Irish hospitality
* Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty
* Coach and nurture an environment that supports delivering incredible guest experiences
* Manage a highly demanding front of house department in a comparable 5-star/luxury hotel setting
Requirements:
* Intuitive person with a naturally warm and engaging personality
* Inspirational leadership skills and a strong drive to deliver flawless guest experiences
* Excellent organisational skills, strong communication and relationship building skills
* Proven ability to manage a front of house department in a comparable 5-star/luxury hotel
* Fluent English in both oral and written communications, excellent computer skills
* Full clean driver's licence required
