Job Title: Grade Viii Social Inclusion Manager
This is a key role within the HSE, contributing to the development and implementation of strategies that promote social inclusion for disadvantaged groups. As a seasoned professional in this field, you will play a vital part in fostering partnerships with external agencies to enhance service delivery.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* • At least 5 years' experience working with vulnerable populations such as homeless communities, minority groups, and migrant communities.
• Proven track record of collaborating effectively with NGOs, government departments and other stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex relationships and negotiate mutually beneficial outcomes
The ideal candidate will have experience in addressing health needs of diverse populations through partnership-based approaches. Strong communication skills are essential for building trust with clients from diverse backgrounds. You should be able to travel independently using your own vehicle.
