Job Title: Food and Beverage Manager The successful candidate will work closely with the General Manager/Deputy General Manager to ensure the smooth operation of all food and beverage outlets.

Key responsibilities include setting up facilities, maintaining standards for food, beverages, and service specifications.

Key Responsibilities: Ensure efficient management of food and beverage outlets Maintain luxury standards in guest experiences consistently Educate team members on hotel vision values Manage reservations efficiently Liaise with departments as necessary regarding special requests Maintain a clean and well-maintained service area (both front & back of house) Attend required meetings
