education body in Dublin 18
is seeking a
Head of Learning Experience and Operations
to lead the operational delivery of its executive education portfolio.
This senior role will ensure programmes are delivered seamlessly, experienced exceptionally by participants and clients, and continuously improved through data, feedback and strong operational leadership.
You will oversee the
end-to-end execution of programmes
, manage operational teams, coordinate faculty and stakeholders, and ensure the highest standards of quality and service across all programme provision.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the
end-to-end operational delivery
of executive education programmes
Ensure seamless coordination between
faculty, learners, clients and internal teams
Drive
exceptional participant and client experiences
across all programmes
Monitor programme performance using
data, dashboards and feedback insights
Lead planning, scheduling, risk management and programme administration
Oversee
programme budgets, costs and resource allocation
Improve operational systems including
LMS, scheduling and programme management tools
Lead and develop a
high-performing operations team
Identify opportunities for
continuous improvement and client relationship growth
About You
Degree in
education, business, operations or a related field
7–10 years' experience
in programme management, education operations or similar environments
At least
3 years' leadership experience
managing teams and operational delivery
Strong
project management and organisational skills
Experience using
data, reporting and performance metrics
to drive improvement
Comfortable working across
academic, operational and client-facing teams
This is an opportunity to lead the

Salary:
€80,000 – €90,000 plus benefits.
