Maintenance Manager
Hours: Full-time, On-site, Monday to Friday, 8-4:30pm
A leading multinational manufacturing organisation is seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to lead their maintenance team and ensure the reliable operation of all plant equipment and facilities.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and manage the maintenance department, driving equipment reliability and minimising downtime
* Oversee preventive maintenance programmes and continuous improvement initiatives
* Manage budgets, resources, and spare parts inventory
* Ensure compliance with GMP, safety, and environmental regulations
* Provide technical expertise across electrical, mechanical, and process control systems
* Support and deliver site projects in collaboration with project management teams
Requirements
* 3-5+ years in a maintenance management role
* 6-8+ years’ experience in manufacturing/production
* Strong knowledge of Allen-Bradley PLCs, BMS, and SCADA systems
* Skilled in both mechanical and electrical maintenance
* Proficient in Microsoft Office, ERP/CRM systems, and CMMS software
* Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
* Willingness to be on call for emergencies
