At the heart of our facilities team, we are seeking a highly skilled and organized professional to serve as a senior coordinator.
The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating clients, vendors, and contractors to ensure seamless execution of complex work orders.
This role is an integral part of our facilities management function, which focuses on the day-to-day operations of our assets, providing critical support to property managers regarding all repairs and investment plans.
Key Responsibilities:
* Directly communicate between landlords, tenants, and service providers to ensure understanding and implementation of procedures, policies, and reporting formats.
* Schedule repairs from work order requests with precision and attention to detail.
* Review data from work order reports to analyze performance and progress status.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date work orders, proposals, department files, and other paperwork submitted by vendors.
* Coordinate office and parking space allocation with a focus on efficiency and productivity.
* Present information to internal departments and large groups of employees with clarity and confidence.
* Recognize and resolve typical and atypical problems within their own work area without supervisory approval.
* Evaluate and select solutions from established options with sound judgment.
* Impact the team through the quality of services or information provided.
* Follow standardized procedures and practices, receiving regular but moderate supervision and guidance.
Requirements:
* High School Diploma or GED with 2-3 years of job-related experience.
* A proven understanding of work routines and standards, applying skills and knowledge in a range of processes, procedures, and systems.
* Intermediate problem-solving skills with the capacity to review and select solutions from available options without supervisory approval.
* Ability to explain detailed and complicated information clearly and concisely to colleagues.
* Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
* Strong organizational skills with a robust inquisitive mindset.
* General math skills, including the ability to calculate advanced figures such as percentages, discounts, and markups.
