This role plays a pivotal part in shaping our technical services, driving successful customer engagements, particularly for large-scale enterprise deployments. As an early Technical Architect, you'll contribute to designing and implementing technical solutions that deliver business value and scalability.

Your key achievements will include:
* Contributing to the technical aspects of customer engagements, including understanding customer requirements, designing technical solutions, and supporting implementation.
* Working closely with client stakeholders to gather business and technical requirements, translating them into well-architected solutions that maximize Notion's platform value within their technical ecosystem.
* Participating in technical design sessions, helping to architect and document solutions that align with client objectives and identifying gaps between their current and desired end states.
* Supporting the technical delivery of customer development, integrations, and data migration aspects of a Notion implementation.
* Identifying opportunities to enhance and expand Notion's use within customer organizations.
* Collaborating with Notion's Product, CX, and Engineering teams to address technical challenges and provide customer feedback.
* Assisting in navigating the technical complexities of large-scale Notion deployments to ensure successful adoption.
* Contributing to the growth and development of the Professional Services team by sharing best practices and improving processes.

To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* 5+ years of experience in technical consulting, solutions engineering, or a similar field, preferably in a SaaS or enterprise software environment.
* Hands-on experience with APIs and data integration.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills, engaging both technical and business audiences effectively.
* A track record of delivering customer value by translating technical challenges into practical solutions at scale.
