* Responding to customer enquiries via inbound telephone activity and email
* Meeting service level agreements, procedures, and guidelines for customer service
* Providing accurate advice to customers based on in-depth knowledge of the business and services offered
* Exceeding individual and team targets for sales and renewals
* Resolving customer queries efficiently on first contact
* Making outbound calls to generate sales opportunities
