Job Title: Senior User Experience Researcher
This role offers the opportunity to contribute to end-to-end research projects that inform product decisions.
The ideal candidate will possess expertise in qualitative and quantitative methods, with experience in consumer-facing business domains.
* Masters degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction, Information Science, Psychology or Social Science.
* 10+ years of relevant experience in consumer-facing business domains.
* Proficiency in planning, scoping conducting analyzing and communicating research
* Experience with qualitative user-centered design methods interviews diary studies observation think-aloud usability testing etc.
* Experience with quantitative research metrics survey design sampling crosstabs statistical concepts.
