Enterprise Salesforce Solutions Specialist
This role is focused on delivering business value through innovative, enterprise-wide Salesforce solutions that drive efficiency and effectiveness.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to design, implement, and optimise Salesforce initiatives.
* Analyse and document business processes, use cases, and data flows.
* Develop and configure automations using Flow, Process Builder, and Lightning App Builder.
* Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
* Ensure robust testing and compliance with development standards.
* Manage integrations with third-party applications and enterprise systems.
* Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance user experience.
Key Requirements:
* At least 5 years' experience in Salesforce implementation (Apex, Triggers, Visualforce).
* Strong expertise in multiple Salesforce modules: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Community Cloud.
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
* Preferred certifications: Salesforce Admin, Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud Consultant.
* Proven track record of delivering complex, enterprise-wide Salesforce projects.
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
* Experience working in fast-paced environments.
