Job Title: Hr Business Partner
This role offers the opportunity to shape high-impact people strategies in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
Responsibilities:
1. Partner with senior leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that support organisational goals.
2. Provide expert guidance on workforce planning, talent management, succession planning, and organisational development.
3. Support and advise on change management initiatives.
Lead complex ER cases, investigations grievances disciplinary processes. Coach support managers on performance management, development planning career progression.
