Overview
We are seeking a positive, highly organised and proactive Office Administrator to support our day-to-day operations. The role is ideal for someone with a financial services background who is looking for a part-time position. While a QFA designation is desirable it is not essential.
Key responsibilities
* Provide administrative support across all areas of the business.
* Handle client correspondence via phone, email and post in a professional and timely manner.
* Maintain and update client records in compliance with regulatory and data protection standards.
* Prepare and process financial documentation and client files for review.
* Assist with compliance checks and ensure adherence to the Central Bank of Ireland regulations.
* Liaise with financial institutions as needed.
* General office duties including filing, scanning and printing.
Qualifications & Skills
* Proven experience in an office administration role, preferably within the financial services sector.
* Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
* Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
* Professional communication skills.
* Knowledge of compliance and data protection requirements in the financial sector.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
