Responsibilities
* Assist healthcare professionals in delivering patient-centered care, including personal hygiene and daily activity support
* Monitor and document patients' health and report any notable changes to the nursing team
* Provide companionship, emotional support, and encouragement to patients
* Ensure a clean and safe environment for all patients
* Assist in the mobility and transportation of patients as needed
* Keep accurate records of care tasks performed and assist in administrative duties
* Engage in continuous professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge
Minimum Requirements
* Must hold an EU passport to be eligible for this position.
* Previous experience in healthcare support or a related field is preferred.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a compassionate approach.
* Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
* Willingness to adapt to a new living and working environment in Ireland.
* Relevant qualifications or training in healthcare support are advantageous.
* Basic computer skills for documentation and communication.
* Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights and weekends if required.
