Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Restaurant Manager at The Village Hotel.
As the Restaurant Manager, you will oversee day-to-day operations of the gastro bar and dining areas, ensuring high-quality customer experiences and smooth service.
Responsibilities include managing staff, scheduling, and hiring, as well as maintaining excellent customer service standards.
You will work closely with kitchen staff to ensure quality food and beverage offerings and collaborate to enhance operational efficiency.
Providing leadership, managing resources, and fostering a positive work environment are integral parts of this role.
Qualifications
Strong skills in Customer Service and a commitment to ensuring Customer Satisfaction
Proficiency in Hiring and team management
Excellent Communication skills to collaborate effectively with staff and guests
Experience and knowledge in the Food & Beverage industry
Proven problem-solving and organizational abilities
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Previous experience in restaurant or hospitality management is highly desirable
