Salary: to €54K depending on experience

- Providing extensive diary and email inbox management with meticulous attention to detail.
- Preparation of reports and formatting of lengthy documents
- Coordinate business travel for the Head of Department and the senior Fee Earners
- All administration support including preparing PowerPoint Presentations
- Point of contact for all internal queries and managing responses in a professional and timely manner.
- Co-ordinate external events and expenses for the Team.
- To maintain well ordered files and folder structures on projects
- To assist the team with other ad-hoc admin and project requirements
- Advanced IT skills including Microsoft Outlook
The Candidate:
- Previous experience as an EA supporting senior staff, preferably within Legal or professional environment
- Extensive Diary and Travel Management experience.
- Advanced knowledge of MS PowerPoint, Excel, Word and Outlook
- Very organised with good attention to detail
- Ability to work in a timely manner and to work unsupervised as part of a team
