We are seeking a skilled Talent Acquisition and Compliance Specialist to join our team in Dublin. The successful candidate will be responsible for recruiting, managing, and ensuring compliance with contingent workers across various industries.

Salary: €35,000 - €40,000 per annum, plus bonus based on performance

Job Description:

In this role, you will work 35% as a recruitment consultant and 65% on compliance tasks related to contingent workers. Your responsibilities will include:

* Recruitment consultancy for key roles during peak periods with reduced targets
* Candidate Onboarding for all contract sites
* Maintenance / In-Life Care (Feedback loops, Reviews)
* Candidate Offboarding (compliance and sometimes having to let workers go)
* Client Relationship Management
* Effective use of ATS and VMS systems
* Compliance and reporting work on contingent workers
* Collaboration with Finance and Payroll for timesheets and expenses
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

* Degree qualification and fluent English language skills
* At least 2 years' commercial experience in recruitment, preferably in the temporary and contractor space
* Excellent communication and customer service skills, both written and verbal
* Able to have hard conversations when required
