Senior Technical Expert
Job Description
* Provide technical support to the engineering team and liaise with customers on equipment breakdowns and technical queries.
This office-based role involves coordinating the day-to-day operations of the service department, providing technical support to field service engineers and customers, managing customer equipment breakdowns (Fanuc & Piovan experience is a distinct advantage), liaisoning with principal partners to source support, parts, and schematics.
Required Skills And Qualifications
* Bachelors degree in Engineering or related field (preferred)
* Minimum of 5 years' experience in an engineering/manufacturing environment.
* Familiarity with plastics machinery (Fanuc & Piovan experience is a distinct advantage).
* Previous experience in a maintenance or service-focused role.
* Strong ability to interpret engineering drawings and schematics.
