Responsibilities
In this role, you'll be at the forefront of maintaining and optimizing our Oracle Finance modules, specifically focusing on AR and Tax functionalities. As a key member of our team, you'llbine your technical expertise with strong analytical skills to deliver innovative solutions that drive our financial operations forward.
The ideal candidate will bring a blend of Oracle Fusion experience, problem-solving capabilities, and excellent stakeholder management skills. You'll have the opportunity to shape our Oracle Cloud ERP environment while working with cutting-edge technology and contributing to process optimization initiatives.
Your Role:
1. Proactively monitor and support the Oracle Cloud ERP environment, specifically Oracle Finance modules or AR and Tax
2. Troubleshoot and collaborate to resolveplex functional and technical issues
3. Participate in functional validation, setup, test and implementation for ongoing Oracle Fusion production support
4. Elicit, analyze, and manage requirements
5. Maintain project documentation, process maps, functional design documents and training materials
6. Triage and manage issues, defects, and enhancements from implementation through to quarterly releases
7. Support stakeholders on bug fixes and enhancements, from documentation to execution of project requirements
8. Coordinate and contribute to all phases of testing, including the development of test plans and test scripts
9. Optimize processes and solutions, implementing best practices
10. Perform impact analysis and assessments
11. Contribute to and support new technology projects that integrate and align with Fusion ERP
12. Elicit, design, implement and support reports and reporting requirements
13. Proactively learn about uing releases and assess based on Citco strategies and direction
14. Understand day-to-day operations and work with other HR functional areas to correct discrepancies
15. Support key Finance users and overall user training.
Qualifications
About You:
16. Minimum 6 years of proven demonstrable experience as a Business Analyst, Functional Consultant, Product Owner, or Business Consultant on Oracle.
17. Bachelor's degree inputer science, business, or a related discipline is required
18. Master's degree in information technology or other business-related discipline is an asset
19. Strong knowledge of Oracle ERP - Fusion experience in AR and Tax modules preferable
20. Cloud certifications in Cloud applications
21. Proficient with OTBI and other reporting tools to aid ad-hoc reporting and data analysis
22. Knowledge of JIRA, Confluence, and SharePoint is an asset
23. Strong project management skills, including a good understanding of project phases and lifecycles
24. Business-focused approach with strong interpersonal skills
25. Must be able to work independently with little guidance
26. Must be able to multitask and pay close attention to detail
